The ultimate in personalized holiday greeting cards, photo cards are fun and memorable and can be easily created to share your company's values and charm. Here are 5 suggestions for creating your special, one-of-a-kind seasonal greeting card.

1. Contest. Sponsor a contest to create original art for your holiday card. The contest can be an internal company challenge sponsored by your human resources department. Or, ask a local school or community group you are affiliated with to design a card for your company. Promise to include a printed credit inside the card for the prize winning design to generate enthusiasm for the contest.

2. Teamwork. Take a picture of your office team dressed for the holidays. It may be summer, but your team will have fun wearing Santa hats and getting into the holiday spirit. Or, be more formal and take a nice professional shot of the team. Your customers will enjoy seeing the people they work with on this year's card.

3. Home. A picture of your business home would make a nice holiday card. Hang a wreath if you like or just take a nice picture of your corporate headquarters or local office for a personal greeting that will be familiar to those in the community or of interest to those curious to know what your office home looks like. Include a custom imprinted verse for a heartwarming holiday wish from your home to theirs.

4. Product. Maybe you have an exciting new product to promote. Make it fun and seasonal by placing it in a winter environment, or put a Santa hat on it for a clever product shot that also brings holiday smiles. With good taste and a bit of creativity, such an image can delight those that have helped you get it done along the way.

5. Holiday. With a seasonal photo card there is no limit to the creative process. Engage your staff by brainstorming ideas. A photograph can be as simple as your company logo or a pretty ornament or as elaborate as a snowman built with trucked in snow. Whatever you decide to photograph, make it fun and inventive. Generate holiday spirit early this year!

Photo Christmas cards are the ultimate in personalized greetings. Send business holiday cards this year that project your company's inventiveness and progressive thinking while also thanking clients and business associates for their support during the past year. A clever photo card or attractive Thank You card will be widely distributed and enjoyed and is sure to lead to positive business relationships in the future.

Sending Christmas cards is now a fairly old tradition, a tradition that everyone appreciates and enjoys. The joy of receiving Christmas cards, especially when they are from someone whom you least expected to send you a card, is a part of the Christmas magic. Not everyone may enjoy sending Christmas cards, but when it comes to getting them, all of us like that. Some people send Christmas cards out of sheer pleasure or love for other people. Others send them because they feel the need to further their relationships with other people. No matter what category you are part of, you should keep in mind that Christmas cards are a nice gesture that everyone should take the time to do, especially since it’s only once a year.

When it comes to making a business relationship stronger, sending business Christmas cards is an important step in that direction. As true as it may be that some people take them for granted, you should also keep in mind that, although they might not think too much of it, they are very likely to be offended if you fail to send them some business Christmas cards. Or, on the other hand, your business partners or employees may not even expect this gesture from you, which means they will certainly be delighted, or at least taken by surprise. The bottom line is that Christmas means different things to different people, and their interpretation of receiving business Christmas cards depends a lot on how they feel about sending and receiving cards in general. But I don’t think there’s anyone out there who does not appreciate it when others think of him/her.

Now that you know you must send business Christmas cards, there are some important aspects that you must not overlook. For instance, as you certainly know, any present that you make or card that you send reflects on you as the sender. Therefore, if the business Christmas cards you send are cheap, that’s the way you will seem too, cheap. On the other hand, if you choose carefully and opt for high quality cards designed by professionals, you will certainly make a good impression, which will then reflect positively on your image in the eyes of your business partners. Moreover, sending nothing but tasteful business Christmas cards is a must, because a business relationship should not be tested with Christmas cards. This is not certainly the occasion to test whether your business partners or clients have a sense of humor. There are many beautiful business Christmas cards with traditional themes that you can send.

You can order business Christmas cards online, and have them personalized by imprinting them, which is also possible online. If your personalization does not exceed four lines, it will also be free, and you can even opt for personalized envelopes. All business Christmas cards will be shipped to you in no more than three business days, and if you decide to order early, you may even benefit from a substantial discount.

Money Saving Business Christmas Card Tips

Everyone looks forward to receiving holiday cards during the season.  They are great for keeping in touch with friends, family, customers and business associates and really are a joy to send and to receive.  In these tough economic times you may be thinking that your annual seasonal greeting may not be possible to send this year.  However, holiday cards really are small expenditures when you consider the pleasure they bring and the wonderful opportunity they offer for staying connected.

To justify the expense, consider this:

Holiday cards from you or your company create personal connections.  With a hand written note added, you are sending an expression of warmth that says you and your business matter.  This small gesture is priceless.

For under $1.50 for 200 cards you can send a lovely personalized greeting to everyone on your list, and that even includes the cost of postage!  And if you order a larger quantity, the unit cost continues to drop.  Where else can you find something so personal and affordable that is certain to build friendships and business partnerships?

A nice personalized and custom imprinted greeting says that you and your business are doing just fine this year.  That assurance will go a long way in helping to build customer trust and loyalty.

Holiday cards are great marketing tools.  Send them to prospective customers and you are sure to be remembered when you contact them with sales opportunities.

As cards are proudly displayed at home and in offices, an attractive greeting will get noticed and appreciated for several weeks during the holiday season.  Calendar cards will remain on display throughout the year.

If you simply cannot afford a traditional card, holiday postcards are the perfect option.  For around $1, and that includes the stamp, you can remember 200 lucky people with a colorful seasonal greeting that is sure to be appreciated.

Include a coupon or promotion with your greeting to drive sales.  Everyone will be looking for deals this year and a personalized greeting can include a printed coupon right on the card itself at no additional cost.  What better way to say happy holidays than with an attractive card that also comes with a cost savings offer!

Save money by not buying a box of meat and cheese or gift of popcorn.  Send beautiful holiday cards instead.  You can include a gift card or mention of a donation to a worthy cause as an added feature if funds allow.  If not, just a thoughtful holiday card is sure to be just as appreciated when you take the time and effort to include your valued contacts on your holiday card list this year.

Business Christmas cards are a tradition that has survived economic struggles in the past.  The gesture of friendship and the greetings they bring are especially important when people are looking for hope and happiness during the holiday season.  This year, add names to your list and spread happiness to many by remembering them with a heartfelt expression of holiday happiness during the season.  You will be glad you did!
