Suggestions:  Identify a new Christmas tradition that involves activity.  Anything.  Jogging, jump rope, bicycle... &quot;But, it&#039;s cold...&quot; try indoor stair climbing; even a single stair (up and down).  Before you have the food in front of you set rules for yourself.  Limit your intake to a reasonable share.  Try maintaining the same number of calories that you always have with the Christmas selection of foods.  Avoid all-day snacking.
