Are you supposed to save the envelopes from Christmas Cards?

   You copy down the return addresses if you need them, then you throw the envelopes away!

   Verify the return address is current in your address book and then put them through a shredder or toss in fire place.

   You only need to keep the envelopes until you have written down the return address. It would be polite to keep the cards until after the holidays unless they’re from someone, not an in-law, who you really don’t like.

   Add their return addresses to your address book, and then run them thru the shredder.
